We encourage you to post new investment opportunities to this remarkable group of individuals.
How it works:
There are two types of members;
The Investor
The Investor has access to all areas, can view, apply & upload opportunities.
The Investment Introducer/Agent
An individual who represents the opportunity as an agent or introducer. They are able to add an investment opportunity to the network but cannot communicate with investors unless a investor makes contact.
Investor Network do not take any responsibility for the content of Pitches/investment opportunities or the loss that they may bring. The responsibility if purely on the users/members. Please see full T&C’s for further information.
As a new member you agree & adhere to the benefits and T&C’s and following member criteria:
Integrity, honesty and transparency is the foundation of our relationship & values.
Members must keep all information contained in the Investor Network (IN) Private & Confidential. Unless the member introducing the investment opportunity gives written permission to share it elsewhere. (The liability is always with the member)
Members hold full liability and responsibility while using the IN. IN do not monitor or carry out any due diligence on the investment opportunities posted or take any responsibility for loss or damage in any way.
IN is a ‘Non-Pitch’ Platform. To be clear members have the right to view proposals and make contact with the introducer of a pitch/investment opportunity at their discretion, not the other way round.
There is no members joining fee. The only fee to be paid is an introduction fee on successful investments made through the IN and its Members. The Member that introduces the investment opportunity agrees to pay the investor network a flat 1% of the total investment transaction.
Please respect our members at all times.
Members only look to promote investment opportunities that you yourself would invest in.
Only Members can introduce a new member through the referral and endorsement scheme.
By introducing another member, you see an introduction fee of 50% from the Investor Network on any successful transactions your endorsed member makes over the lifetime of their membership through the network.
